*Acknowledge feelings of sadness, shame and silencing around the mother-daughter relationship

* Unpack cultural expectations of female self-sacrifice and its impact on mother-daughter rivalry

* Re-write harmful narratives of female identity through 3-generation mapping

* Engage in healing rituals that create space and acceptance in our journey of relationality and purpose

Workshop leader: Lynn Horan, MDiv, PhD, is an interfaith spiritual director and women’s

holistic leadership and life coach who focuses on the healing of inter-generational wounds. Her

current research explores female personal and professional boundaries and their impact on

emotional burnout. A trained contemporary dancer and yoga practitioner, Lynn believes

strongly in the restorative capacity of movement and embodied expression as a means of

cultivating healing, wholeness and reconciliation in individuals and communities.
