Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress relief.  If you are ready to learn what Reiki is about, find out how you can incorporate it as a self-care practice, and discover techniques to share with others...then this training is for you.  This 2 DAY TRAINING offers a practical approach to Reiki Levels I & II.

During this training you will learn:

• History & principles of Reiki
• Basics of energy centers in the body
• Clearing energy
• Hand placements for self-care
• Treatments for clients
• Sacred symbols
• Distant Reiki
• Multiple techniques
• and more

Each student will partake in a 21 day meditation between the first and final class.  This is a recorded daily meditation that is meant to deepen the understanding of the teachings of Reiki.

Students also receive attunements for each level of training, handouts, a journal, practitioner certificate, on-going teacher support, and access to a private Facebook group.

We will spend a good portion of the days meditating and practicing techniques.  Please wear comfortable clothing.
