Join us for a deep meditation with William. 

Allow yourself the permission to unwind in a safe environment of candlelight and music as you feel tension melting away. With over 12 years of experience in group mediation, William will guide you to the access the infinite realms of your being. After giving yourself the gift of this self-healing and exploration experience, you’ll come back to a brand new you. This guided mediation is a perfect way for those new or experienced in meditation to start your week!

Doors open at 9:25 Meditation begins at 9:45 or when everyone has arrived.

Bring a mat, blanket, pillow.. whatever will allow you comfort. (I do have cushions and a few mats for anyone that would like to borrow them) Dress comfortable and know this time is for you!!
