Description

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress relief. Animal Reiki allows us to quiet our minds and really listen to animals on a deeper level. If you are ready to learn what Animal Reiki is about, find out how you can incorporate it as a self-care practice, and discover techniques to share with animals and humans...then this training is for you. Class will be accompanied by Stax, a four-legged companion & teacher. Other animals are not permitted.

You will learn:

• Foundations of Self Care
• Working with animals
• History & principles of Reiki
• Basics of energy centers
• Treatments for humans and animals
• Sacred symbols
• Distant Reiki with Animals
• Review of common healing issues for animals
• Meditations to use with animals

Each student will participate in a 21-day recorded meditation between the first and final class. Students also receive attunements for each level of training, handouts, a journal, practitioner certificate, on-going teacher support, and access to a private Facebook group.

We will spend a good portion of the days meditating and practicing techniques.  Please wear comfortable clothing.
