Join us to learn how to use the Tarot cards for yourself! Using the Tarot can help you

understand yourself better and tap into your inner resources with more confidence. Tarot

offers ways for you to blend your inner and outer realities so you can live your life more

creatively. We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly homework

activities to help you connect to your cards and their meanings. This class will require the

Rider-Waite deck (or Radiant Rider-Waite deck).

This is a 4-week, 2-hour per session class. The space is limited to 6 learners for

greater interaction and personal assistance.

Class 1: Getting started

Class 1 focuses on Archetypes and Archetype Story Motifs. We will learn about the Major

Arcana and the Symbolism throughout the Tarot. You will begin to connect with your cards by

finding your own personal cards in the deck!

Class 2: Asking Questions

Class 2 extends to the Minor Arcana as we continue to learn the symbols and meanings of the

Tarot. We will explore types of readings, spreads, and asking questions about what we want

to know more about. You will connect more with your cards by interviewing your deck!

Class 3: Interpreting Cards

In Class 3 we start using what we’ve learned to interpret the meaning of the cards in our own

readings. We will look specifically at Aces and Court Cards, Card Pairs and Combinations and

Reversed Cards. We will look closely at the Celtic Cross positions and work to create the

stories our cards show us.

Class 4: Bringing it together

In Class 4 we bring together our new knowledge of the Tarot and focus on your own Celtic

Cross – from questions to interpretation to the story your cards reflect. We will also talk abut

Oracle Cards, More Spreads, Tips and Tricks, and the Next steps on your Tarot learning

journey.
