Nicole Miele of Rock and Soul Wellness will be offering private Reiki & Sound Energy sessions at Into Wishin' Studio in Gloversville.

Choose between a Reiki session or a Sound Energy session. Both will help release tension and stress. This can help to support the body to facilitate healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. In each session you will relax comfortably on a massage table (chair if desired), while Nicole’s voice gently guides you through the process.

Reiki sessions incorporate the Chi (universal/life force) energy to assist in relaxation and recovery by allowing you to release tension and clear energy blocks. Allowing the Chi to flow more freely though your body.

Sound Energy sessions will combine Reiki with the use of sound vibration to assist in the process. This will include the use of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums, gongs, and more.
