Enjoy a mid- week break with 60 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time. In this class we will focus on creating space in the body & the mind through intentional breath and supported yoga postures. This class will be completed with a meditation enhanced by sound healing through crystal and Tibetan sound bowls. If you are dealing with an injury (recommend dr approval), looking to deepen your connection with Self, or need a good stretch, this one's for you,

If you would like to join this class, please purchase your ticket here. If you have already purchased a bundle of classes, please RSVP. If you do not know if you have any classes left in your bundle, RSVP and discuss with the instructor. You can pay for your new bundle at the class.

Because we have limited space it is helpful if you RSVP/purchase your ticket to guarantee you a place in class.

Once you RSVP you have used up one class. Cancelation of your RSVP/purchase can happen 3 hours or more before class begins and your class will be restored and can be used for your next RSVP.
