What is a Sound Bath Immersion? 

A sound bath is a type of meditation practice that involves immersing oneself in a soothing and healing sound experience. During a sound bath, participants lie down or sit comfortably while a facilitator plays a variety of instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other percussion instruments.

The sound vibrations produced by the instruments  create a state of deep relaxation and promote healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. The experience is often described as a "bath" of sound, as the waves of sound wash over the body, creating a sense of calm and inner peace. The Sound Bowls are tuned to stimulate and clear each of the chakras. 

Use a chair provided OR bring your own yoga mat, pillow & blanket for total bliss.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

· Tickets cannot be transferred.

· Cancellation more than 48 hours from the event will have a cancelation fee.

·Cancellation less than 48 hours and no shows will not be refunded. Cancelation fee is 10% with a minimum of $5.

· Check your email and facebook for a cancellation due to weather, illness etc. If we cancel your class, you will have the option for a refund or a bump to another class.
