Music has been used for centuries for healing and meditation by inducing a deep, meditative, and peaceful state. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engage our relaxation reflex, and inhibit our stress response.

Let the soothing sounds of singing bowls, drums and gongs take you on a journey that is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Each participant will also have the option of experiencing reiki healing should they be open to receiving. Reiki is a beautiful healing modality using energy to clear blockages and restore inner balance by attuning the chakras.

This potent mixture of sound and reiki healing is sure to create an extraordinary experience you won't want to miss! Use a chair provided OR bring your own yoga mat, pillow & blanket for total bliss.

Cancellations 

· Tickets cannot be transferred.

· Cancellation more than 48 hours from the event will have a cancelation fee.

· Cancellation less than 48 hours and no shows will not be refunded. We will allow a bump to a future class once in a 3 month period. if we are notified. Cancelation fee is 10% with a minimum of $5. This applies for bundles and packages for Yoga Classes.

· Check your email and facebook for a cancellation due to weather, illness etc. If we cancel your class, you will have the option for a refund or a bump to another class.
